In 2001, the ISO 9001 quality management system was introduced and implemented in the RASCO Company. At the begining of 2009, the system was revised to comply with the ISO 9001:2008 norm. As a result of this, the company has been organized in accordance with European standards and productivity has been improved to a higher level.

By following the established quality policy, the RASCO Company will ensure the satisfaction of its customers and business partners through reliability of its products and services, the satisfaction of its employees through the significance of their positions and roles in the company's organization, the satisfaction of the owners through successful operation, and the satisfaction of the wider community through care for the safety of employees and protection of the environment. Because of this, the owners and employees of the RASCO Company are united in their effort to permanently meet all the needs and expectations of their buyers, business partners and of the wider community by constantly improving the business processes.
The quality that we achieve conforms with ISO standards, and in the future this will be the minimal level of quality that will have to be met in all phases of the operating process. It is guaranteed by the system described in the Quality Manual and based on meeting the demands of our buyers.
The company and its employees ensure a level of quality of products and services higher that that of our competitors. The quality is created in all segments of the operating process. It is guaranteed through consistent implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 standards and continuous improvement of the quality system. The quality system is carried out by and is the responsibility of all the company's employees according to their assignments at any given moment and in all segments of the company's operation. Constant improvement of their workplace is the duty and obligation of all employeed of the company, because that is the only way we can maintain and improve the quality of our work and participate in an ever more demanding market as an equal partner.
Through the system of quality and implemenetation of the valid norms, laws, and regulations, the company is also responsible for the health and safety of all employees, and for the adequate protection of the environment.
