In accordance with requirements of the ISO 9001:200 quality management system, significat effort was made to establish an efficient customer service, which quickly reacts to any user's demand both within the warranty period and after the warranty's expiration as well. Support of the highest quality is available for customers, removing all problems that can occur during the life cycle of machines. This increases mutual trust between the customer and the company. The customer service is available 24 hours per day.

Employees in the customer service are experienced, have during their career participated in all stages of the production process, and are experts on the functionality of machines and equipment produced by the RASCO Company. Every year employees recieve additional education and training, which forms both skills necessary for successful communication with clients, as well as knowledge specific to their profession.

The customer service is equipped with all necessary equipment for field interventions, a mobile workshop, and vehicles that can bring them to the customer in all weather conditions.
