The MOSOR snow ploughs are designed for removing snow from roads, pathways, parking lots and other surfaces which are to be cleaned of snow, i.e. primarily from urban areas.

Due to their elasticity, MOSOR snow ploughs enable removing snow from roads in urban and other populated areas with a higher risk of facing obstacles such as manholes etc.

The MOSOR snow ploughs are characterized by their multi-segment design providing fine adjustment to the cleaning surface.

With this type of snow ploughs, snow can be removed both to the right and left. The hydraulic cylinders are governed from the control cabin of the vehicle. During ploughing, the snow plough and the vehicle are protected from sudden hits and shaking by a system of elastic bonds between the blades and the bar. This enables silent work in urban areas, which is only one of the many advantages of this snow plough.

The MOSOR snow ploughs can be attached to various types of tractor units, multi-purpose vehicles such as UNIMOGs, some truck types and other vehicles with appropriate engine power. The only condition is that a vehicle is equipped with hydraulics in terms of governing the side beam.

It is the side beam that ensures efficient ploughing in urban areas with lots of roundabouts and crossroads.  During ploughing, ordinary snow ploughs cast snow aside, i.e. to subordinate roads and main road entries. This makes lots of trouble to vehicles when trying to get into traffic since they can hardly combat the piled snow.

The side beam is aimed at collecting snow from such places and disposing it to places where it will not harm the traffic.

The MOSOR snow ploughs are available in total widths of 3.2 m and 3.4 m.
